FT Financial is the best refinance company I’ve ever worked with. I’ve closed two loans with them both refi’s. I called around for other rates and I was given not only higher rates but also longer days to close. When FT Financial tells you they will close your loan in three weeks they will close in three weeks. It’s happened both times! I was given a 90 day close estimate by a larger company versus three weeks with FT Financial. I will always choose to work with this company!

Frank and his Team were AMAZING!!!~ We started to do a Stream Line through another company in February. We FINALLY closed in July. 6 days later they called and said we closed to soon. We called Frank and he was able to give us a better rate and close in 16 days. I highly recommend him. This is the second time that we've gone with him. That's who I thought we called originally... but it was the newer lean holder. We were able to close in 2 weeks with a better rate and I had the other company pay two months of my mortgage. He's stuck with us. Looking forward to the next closing. He made it effortless through a pandemic.
F.T. Financial has served my last 4 VA loans and have not only provided the best rate after shopping around but exceptional and speedy customer service. I highly recommend Frank Culver and his team. If you are a VET , he know the in and out of VA loans, VA funding fees, disability implications to loan fees. You might match his rate if you are very lucky but I doubt you can beat his rate and outstanding service.

I had no intentions of purchasing a house originally due to not having a down payment. Frank came up with a loan program that got my wife and I into our first home with no money down. Frank and his team stayed on top of our loan to make sure everything was done properly and on-time. We were out of town buyers and they helped everything close smoothly.
